The poster features Kerstin Lokrantz photographed at the then brand new Hotell Malmen in 1949 in Stockholm.
Kerstin made notes about the occasion on the back of the original picture:
"The beauty of these clothes is hard to grasp. I spent a lot of money on different types of socks, there were lots to choose from with dark seams and various heels. Heels in a lace pattern with hearts and arrows, usually the socks were light with black or dark brown details.”
