Can I make changes to my order?
You are welcome to contact us to see if it is possible to make changes to your order.
Can I cancel my purchase?
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date you received the item. The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Always fill out the return form to process a return. A refund will be issued to you minus 49 kronor for the return shipping cost. The refund of the order amount or cancellation of the issued invoice will be processed by Lokrantz Image within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
I haven’t received an order confirmation?
If you placed an order with us but haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder.
It could also be due to an error in the email address used during the purchase. Please contact us, and we can check if we have an order registered for you. If the wrong email was provided, we can correct it and send you your order confirmation.
How do I place an order as a business?
If you wish to place an order on behalf of a company, please contact us.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your order within the promised delivery time, please double-check that you entered the correct delivery address when placing your order. If you did, please contact us within 30 working days after placing your order, and we will assist you.
If you find an error in the information you provided that affects the delivery of your order, you as the customer will be responsible for any additional costs that may arise.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package in time?
For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping costs, processing fees, and handling charges. Currently, this cost amounts to 150 kr.
How do I know if my package has arrived?
If you chose delivery to a pickup point, you will receive a notification via SMS to the mobile number you provided or to the email you provided at checkout as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery time is normally 2-5 working days from the date of order. Please note that a delay of 1-2 days may occur during high volumes with the shipping company or a higher number of orders received at our warehouse.

What type of paper do you use?
The posters are printed on 200 g FSC-certified Galerie Art Silk. It’s a high-gloss paper with an extra smooth silk finish.

Can I pay by card?
Yes, you can pay with VISA and Mastercard.
Do you have any resellers?
Currently, we sell exclusively through our webshop and have no retailers.
Can I order prints in other sizes than those on the website?
If you wish for a different format than the sizes available for a specific design, please feel free to contact us .
How much does the delivery cost?
You will always see your shipping cost before you complete your payment.
How are your posters sent?
Rolled up in a cardboard tube via DHL, Postnord, Bring or Fedex.
Do you ship outside of Sweden?
At the moment, we ship orders within Sweden. If you want to place an order outside of Sweden, please contact us.
